Maugel DeStefano is collaborating with the DeVellis Group on the Local Initiative Program (LIP) housing project in Bedford, Massachusetts, providing support to the ownership in navigating the permitting process. Our team engaged with the town's departments and boards to ensure the project conformed to the Town of Bedford's housing production plan and met the client's objectives.

The residential community offers a varied selection of affordable housing options, including flats, townhouses, co-housing, and single-family homes available for rent. The architectural design captures a modern farmhouse aesthetic, using energy-efficient and sustainable materials.
